Back in my day we just said "Nickelodeon Magazine, please!!!" cause the TV told us to, then our parents were like "wtf your cartoon is trying to sell you things? You're watching soap operas from now on."

To rebel against our parents, we picked up the most high tech gadget and threatened to brake it. We soon realized that rocks were easily replaced.

Fus Ro Dah to my parents? No. I've always been the goody two shoes who never rebelled against my parents. The fact that they had power over my internet, video games, tv, and spending time with friends, made me think twice about it.

I rebelled against my parents by watching Herman's Hermits on Hullaballoo. It didn't work.

I thought there was an age minimum to post here? Did they add a kid's table to the forums when I wasn't looking?

I think you'll find that the majority of people on these forums don't live with their parents any more ;)

@Gram: I'd assume that the age restriction is at 13, like most websites out there.

Also, if the OP is still in high school, his parents need to slap either him or his English teachers for not understanding homophones. :stare:

What? No.

My reaction pretty much.

I don't feel like embarrassing myself. I wouldn't even do that if I were younger.

Poking around the Nexus, I've seen that some people create some characters they probably aren't showing their mother. :blush2:

I actually used it on Annekke and Verner...does using it on your virtual father/mother-in-law count? :P

I used to buy Disney Adventures and Nick Magazine when I was younger. Then got older and they were already were dead, at least Nick Magazine was. I love the gross issues.

Jeez. I think I must be one of the maybe five people here that actually remembers the seventies. If you liked KISS back in the day, if you suffered through broadcast television and &$%#ing rabbit ears, if you watched the A-Team, Knight Rider and Magnum, P.I. when they were new shows - congratulations, give yourself a Hostess Fruit Pie?. ;)

my parent is old enough to know that. And, while I don't shout fus roh da at my parent, they do understand what that means, since they play skyrim. My parent has saved about 900 times more than I have, which is weird. Note: by saved, I mean amount of times saved

I stole a sweetroll from my mom. She said I could steal her sweetroll.

Yes, I made a sweetroll joke to her when she bought sweetrolls.
