Anybody tried playing with just the none lethal weapons?

Was just wondering if anybody had tried using the boxing gloves, bean bag ammo for shotguns and other none lethal ways to fight. I'm currently playing as a guns only talker so haven't tried yet but it dosen't seem like there is a lot of ammo for beanbag shots. I think I have found maybe 6 rounds of beanbag shot which is barely enough for a single fight nevermind an entire game.

That fact that you've found any non-lethal ammo is amazing enough... normally that ammo is crafted.

i used bean-bag ammo on legendary deathclaw to slow it down and it worked wonders.

You can find Beanbags from venders, and boxing gloves, and you can find stun batons from the NCR, Boxing gloves you find in the Lucky 38 i belive on a poster with the boxing time magazine. I've never used them tho

I was wondering if a non-lethal playthrough of NV would be a goer. One of my gaming highlights is doing a pacifist run on Deus Ex, and I'd love to do the same on NV...

Buying from a vendor isn't the same as opening a footlocker and finding beanbag ammo, you don't craft boxing gloves or stun batons...

According to the devs, they specifically designed the game so that you could play through without killing anyone if you wanted to.

Yes I know...but can you really do that?

Judging by how fast unconcious people got up in Fallout 3 a fight with several opponents could be never ending.

I was going to try the beanbags but unfortunately during a particuarily hectic battle with cazadores I accidently loaded and fired them all after I ran out of regular ammo...doh.

Good to know they can be crafted though....something else I don't do on my first character :P

I know what you said.

I'm just going to assume you meant buy beanbags from vendors, it's extremely unlikely you'll ever just happen upon beanbag ammunition.
