Hey folks

I've noticed a few times that some of the NPCs that are friends with Dark Brotherhood contracts given to you by Nazir act as if they saw you commit the murders even if there's no one else there, or if you turn into a werewolf, get in and get out and go on with your life.

Does anybody know why this happens? Shouldn't they not know I'm the one who killed such and such?

Does it bother anyone else or am I just weird?

It happened to me on my first stealthy character for at least one contract that I can remember. I shot an arrow into Anoriath, the wood elf who runs the meat stand in Whiterun, and fled into the shadows. No one reported me to the guards, no bounty accumulated, I went directly to Nazir to turn it in. A few game days layer I'm in Whiterun, go to the Drunken Huntsman, and Anoriath's brother greets me with "What can I get for you today, you miserable wretch?".

I only did the first 3 for Nazir and then I did the main questline so I haven't been confronted by acquaintances of the victims, but I've gotten bounties for other killings when I was wearing the DB armor. I only wear it when I'm 'working', I change in and out of it while Sneaking and undetected, and you can't see my face so...yeah...it kinda' annoys me that they know who I am/who did it.
