Anyone else notice?

Toward the end,if you ask father elijah how he got the slave collars, he talks about a place called the "Big empty". He says its full of advanced tech not found anywhere else in the world.I think this maybe a hint at the next DLC coming up. Any opinions?

There is a challenge that is titled "Things to come" or something along those lines, and people believe that two possible DLC's were revealed in DM.

EDIT: There is a possible third DLC mentioned in graffiti.

Yep, and I believe the challenge goes off when he talks about the big empty.
