Anyone else think this is quite annoying too?

1- Enemy dodges incoming arrow whenever you fire it right at him. This wouldn't be a problem, IF they didn't do it when your supposed to be hidden.

2- Random dragon encounter happens, dragons roams... roams... roams... goes away even tough he clearly took a look at you. Pretty enraging especially when you have shouts to unlock.

3- Harvesting plants from farms when the owner can clealy see you do it, is not considered stealing, why not? I mean guys i'm taking your crops here wich you probably had a long time to grow and your not stoping me?

Can't help with 1 and 2 but 3 I guess they can't make that stealing as you have the option to take what you've harvested to the farmers and get paid for it (remove produce and add gold).

ahaha yeah the one with enemies ninja dodging my arrows even when im hidden is pretty annoying, the other 2 not so much, maybe the dragon doesnt feel like fighting or dieing(you are the dragonborn after all) and some times its actually good that random dragons dont want to fight because after over 150 hours in im not so happy to fight a dragon every time i fast travel..., and the one with the crops isnt really such a problem as i rarely have to stock up on vegetable soup xD

1. Yeah Im not sure whats up with the 6th sense some of them have but I wish my character had that for some of those falmer archers.

2. Bugs the heck out of me if im wanting some gold. I see a dragon, I go "Jackpot" then spend 5 minutes looking up at the sky running in circles, then the dragon flies straight up into the sky and disappears. Oh well, off to kill 50 elks for their skin......

3. I always wondered why it wasn't considered stealing. It should be labelled as stealing until you do "honest work for honest pay".

1. Is awful, when your hidden and they have the backs to you they definately shouldnt be powersliding, but tbh the move is ridiculous anyway, we get no strafe, you can move sideways out while having a bow fight but they always are so excellent at compensating and predicting your movements, then give them this I can glide along the floor dogding a speeding arrow perfectly at random annoying intervals even if I shouldnt be aware it's coming. It'd be nice if they had damage based on where you hit, so if you aimed for the body and they side step but got it in the arm instead itd be something not a complete impossible dogde.

3. I do agree but I would cry for weeks over how hard it is to find wheat, whats worse if you can pick the vegatable they spent weeks growing of very hard work in a hard land that would kill crops not taken care of then they will pay you more then a merchant does for doing it, what then they sell it to a merchant for less of a cut then theyve paid out already? It's be something if you could buy crops off them instead, request they grow for you and what they grow. Didn't oblivion treat many crops as stealable items not free gold in a way that makes no sense?

Even in skyrim there are plants in certain homes and temples that are labelled as steal, so im not sure why the same mechanic wasn't used on farm crops....heck they made chickens like more prized then ebony ores.

It's not stealing as you can sell the wares to the farmer, same applys for mining ore.

Actually you can talk to them and they would pay you more than they are worth for harvesting them for them.
Probably because they can get a much better deal than the dragonborne can and harvesting takes them a long time.
How would you do it if it was considered stealing?

Spoiler
it's described in the main plot that not all dragons are hostile?

with regards to 1. they can dodge incredibly well as well as hit you incredibly accurately even though youre sprinting zig zags in light armor. maybe im just bad at fps but those falmer have much better aim than i do.

I feel many peoples pain on the random dragon encounter issue but for me I am glad many times they just pass by when I am trying to get somewhere or do something as I am no longer hard up for souls have 61 stored up not sure I will ever use them all up.

The arrow issue really bugs me as it should be lights out for them instead its "what was that, and all of a sudden I have 3 bandits looking for me"

Whoever programmed in that NPCs can dodge arrows obviously has no real-life experience with archery. Try using a radar gun on real arrows sometime... You can't dodge them.

To piggy back on #1, it's also annoying when you fire and arrow and, while still undetected, enemies come running right up to you.

I suppose an intelligent humanoid foe could logically deduce the direction the arrow came from...but when I sneak shot one wolf in a pack of 3 without being detected and the other 2 INSTANTLY come running right at me, it's a serious problem.

As long as I remain undetected, they should not come running right at me. Incredibly annoying.

#1 is worse if you are a mage. Some spells cost a bunch of magicka, so it really matters if you miss. You also get put into combat if you don't have the quiet casting perk, and being in combat makes your magicka regen very slowly.

I started a shout quest where I had a self set goal of collecting all the shouts. I'm at 90% and so only have 4 d. souls in inventory.
