Anyone Else want...

Post » Fri May 13, 2011 9:48 pm

Flying creatures?

Yes I want something soaring through the skies!
No I don't want a challenge

Giant Boss like monsters (Behemoth type things)

1.You want some type of Giant Boss like monster.
2.I don't want any monsters due to there sponge like characteristics.
3.I want boss monsters but with special skills that make them more of a challenge instead of big and brute.
4. Variety with their own special look and attack to make thing interesting.

Any expansions?

1. No.
2. I want to check up on how things are doing after 3 years!
3. I want a lush green paradise with normal things.
4. It would be fun helping some one get secret technology and armor!
5. Mexico! I want to see how the other side is holding up
6. I want to see how California is doing! It must be thriving with power and also I want to see it in New Vegas graphics!
7. Hawaii just for the heck of it!

Where do you wish to live.

1. Shack with upgrades like in megaton.
2. Live in the casino to be close to the action and fun with a nice view. Furniture can be bought.
3. Outskirts where you wish to live alone and secluded far from the mainstream, upgrades can be made using scrap metal.
4. Airport I want I giant place to keep my collection and guns. (upgrades are very very hard to find need to go to different stores)
5. A medium sized home made out of a plane.
6. make a home that can be upgraded and have different furniture depending on how much you want to spend on it

What kinds of DLCs do you want

1. Level Gap of 30+ (Broken Steel type thing)
2. New weapons (a large shipment came in from California)
3. City Builder So you can make a profit on scrap metal and some cash (depending where you found it thats the kind of money you will get)
4. Mafia maker (can extort shops and earn profit) hire henchmen buy a HQ and command them to attack.
5. Casino hire people hire girls for money buy decorations make huge amounts of profits
6. Secret tunnel has been uncovered where theres a city of ghouls 100 strong!

Voted:

1. Yes to Flying Creatures

2. Yes to Boss Creatures

3. No to a Giant Snake

4. And finally 2 houses. Anymore would be a waste in my opinion.

5. 4-6 DLCs.

^This^ except for the houses. I think there should be 9 AVAILABLE. 3 houses seems just right for any character as it gives you a place to go to from pretty much anywhere on the map. There should be 3 houses that suit your specific character out of 9. Probably 3 for more NCR oriented characters, 3 for Caesar's Legion, and 3 for Independent. Of course the NCR would cancel out your ability to have a Caesar's Legion house and vice versa if you got too friendly with either group.

Idk why anyone wouldn't want flying creatures. Example, vultures, mutated Eagle etc. Or the demons in Metro 2033, AHH!!!!!!!!! too scary for fallout.

I voted YES on flying creatures. Not just them little wannnabe flyers, the Cazadores, but real ones that actually fly high in the sky, and if they're hostile you gotta shoot 'em down, like Cliff Racers from Morrowind.
I voted no on both types of giant monsters. Using size to indicate how powerful something is, is really cliche.
I voted 6 houses, but really I just care more that there will be multiple houses that are not mutually exclusive.
I voted 4-6 DLCs, but that number shouldn't include expansions. In addition to DLCs I'd like to see at least one expansion.

Yes
Yes
No
4
1-3.

4 houses i think would be a good balance if theres going to be more locations but still have the same sized map as FO3. and 1-3 DLCs but they add content on par with the size of Point Lookout and/or Shivering Isles.

Also post some suggestions for anything on the poll.

I'll edit this thing when I get good Ideas

Put an option for an expansion rather than DLC.

1. Yes

2. No (Since I couldn't find any "Oh, hell no!" option)

3. The answer to 2 should make this one easy to figure out. Do away with the "giant" silliness, and snakes- sure.

4. Went with 4...4 major factions, fair guess each could provide living space. Really don't care so long as there's at least 1, and that's already verified, so...

5. Went with 4-6...again, don't much care really.

1. Yes to Flying Creatures

2. Yes to Giant Boss Monsters

3. No to Giant Snakes because I haven't liked Giant Snake bosses since I played the original Resident Evil back on the PS1. :P

4. I voted 5 or 6 for available houses, I can't remember which one I voted for.

5. I said 4-6 because that is a reasonable number considering Bethesda did four, although I'd prefer to just have two big expansions or something. :tops:

Do away with the "giant" silliness.

You say this as if you have never seen "giant" monsters in the fallout series.

Those absurd Behemoths were all the "giant" I needed to see, thank you very much. Perhaps I should have said "no more 'giant giants' silliness?" Like the Super Mutants aren't gigantic enough, we needed'em even bigger and dumber?

Why? Elder scrolls iv has a bunch of houses available and it seems just fine.

No flying monsters. No Behemothesque things. 2 expansions maybe, but why in the hell the CW? We JUST left there. Green lush islands is a little intriquing, if it has a mansion. MAYBE 4 DLCs, but I'll settle for two well done Shivering Isles sized expansions and no DLC. I'd say 5 to 7 homes, can always use a nice little duck in spot.

yes to flying (but lets bring in some radiated vultures, mutated eagles, genetically enginerred condors.... yeahh!)
yes to boss type creatures... even if that means they have to be big, but come on use a little creativity... a giant spiderrobot with lasers... a giant radscorpion...a giant rat (like fo2) a giant spider... (i know these have been done before but it would be nice....)
but also the bosses that are the same size even a little smaller then you, but they totally rock in combat.... can't forget those types of bosses...
also i clicked on all the expansions except for capital wasteland... which maybe because i've played that map alot...
but i was thinking... the mexico expansion that has area 51.... a california expansion that has the secluded green islands, a hawaii expansion that includes a condo and roundtrip airfare...
i was thinking 7 houses. you don't need more then two... really... anymore is for mods.... and two per type of game play.. NCR, Ceaser, and Independant, then one for the scavanger (because as a scavanger i spend a lot of time sleeping in my sleeping bag under the stars and only need one...)
then 7+ for dlc... im talking about all types of dlc's.... i prefer them to not only include new areas, new quests, etc (like all dlc's have) but to also have a variaty of enviroment textures (space textures, western textures, renaissance textures, or even anima textures), gameplay tweeks (that have settings you can change), even top downloaded mods combined into a "booster pack" (but they have all the bugs tweeked, unlike some mods that would be free)

i mean that isn't to much to ask for.... :D isn't it....

No DLC, I will not buy it

Expansions-Only if they are worthwhile (Like Si). I vote for Los Angeles but that's not likely to happen

Yes to bosses

Yes to flying enemies

and I want to be able to live anywhere I want (ie no more of "you do not own this bed" crap)

Yes flying, no giant/boss, none of the areas you mentioned, 1 house (but 2-3 is fine with me), and 1-3 DLC.

Frankly, I'm horrified and saddened that so many people want giant bosses and 10 houses.

That said, I'm not surprised.
