Anyone find a Paralysis Enchantment yet? : V

Well i read a book of Enchantments and it said, although rare it is not unheard of in skyrim.

I highly doubt they would put it in the book if it isn't in the game.

People have found weapons of paralysis already, saw on google.

I have found mutliple weapons with paralyze, however it's not a guaranteed paralyse 'if target fails to resist, it's paralysed for 4 seconds'. A glass dagger sold by a merchant had it. I also found an ebony greatsword with a 6 second paralyse.

Whiterun smith sold both of them iirc.

chillrend- which you can find with theives quests, has a chance to paralyze. VERY useful. That is the only one I have found so far.

Mine didn't paralyze, it just had ice damage...

I got the Blade of the Reach which was an elven axe with a 4 second enchantment. Not sure if the enchantment is random though.

If one practices enchanting, one can "disenchant" an item to learn the enchantment to place it on any appropriate weapon or armor/item at present ot a later time.
Reminiscent of eating reagents to learn their propertys in Alchemy.

I've picked up a few random loot weapons that had paralysis on them. I disenchanted one to learn it, and immediately enchanted my own Daedric dagger with a Paralysis enchantment.

i've found a dozen of them. Its a higher level enchantment, 30+ is where it started showing up. Its exceedingly over powered, no + damage enchantment can really compare to being able to just drop some one cold and beat their helpless body. I've even taken down entire groups using it, because it would drop one or two people, and i'd just work on the others untill one of them dropped, and turn around to keep fighting the ones behind me. Its the best assassins enchant in game.

I've gotten a 10 second Paralyze on a staff, tons of fun. Only gets 9 shots to a charge though.

Dropped from one of the Dragon Priests as a random drop. Level 38.

found a random greatsword with a paralysis enchant on it in a borrow, yeah they are quite rare, im hunting for some drain health/stam enchants now. Get some Magic resist, mages cant do jack to you

Yep, I found one. Disenchanted. Though the number of uses is quite tiny compared to other things, which kind of svcks

I just found one from the blacksmith in Markarth. I do fast travel rounds to every city and the College of Mages to buy filled soul gems to level enchanting. I check each blacksmith in each city to see what enchantments they have to sell. If you are that desperate; I suggest the same.
