Basically, my lil bro told me most programs that allow you to use a 360 Controller and the like on a PC, cost money. I'm unemployed so I can't just shake 20$+ or w/e is needed for it.

Is there anyway, for FREE to get a Controller Plugin type thing for a N64 Emulator?
