As the title says, does anyone have any idea whatsoever?

I know many people are waiting for this to be fixed before they start of some modding projects, and I'm looking forward to playing the mods that will come out after the fix. I'm also waiting to begin on some modding of my own, and it would be helpful to know if this will be happening any time soon.

Reports say it is with the 1.6 beta update.

The 1.6 patch fixes it. So as soon as that's live.
