I ordered the soundtrack to Skyrim from Direct Song on 12 -1-11 Never got it. After a month, (yeah, I know, but I kept thinking with the Xmas rush and all...) 4 days ago I wrote to them and asked where was the stuff? 4 days later nothing- no response, other than a computer generated note saying they usually got to complaints wtihin 24 hours. I paid with paypal and am about to enter into a dispute, but I don't want to do that.

Does anyone have experience with DS? Do they take a long time? Direct Song is the brainchild of Soule, the composer who does all the Elder scrolls stuff- briliantly.
I hardly want to upset the apple cart of a man I respect so highly.

Is this a normal business with DS?

Im just hoping they put them on the consoles store so I can buy it.

I ordered the soundtrack and it took about 4-5 weeks to arrive. When you order it through paypal, you should have seen the 4-6 week shipping estimate. Apparently they don't press the CDs until there is demand. The claim that the soundtrack would ship the week following Skyrim's release was never fulfilled.

The DirectSong support email is poorly monitored and you'll be lucky to receive a response in less than 3 weeks, if at all. Nevertheless, I received my soundtrack and am happy with it. If you don't want to put up with the abysmal service, wait until it is available as a digital download and you won't have to deal with it at all.

In the same boat as the OP. Ordered December the 3rd, and no response since. I also submitted a ticket yesterday and no response as of yet.
