I have she has new eyes, and says how Skyrim is ours, and stuff other vampires say.

Sybille Stentor is widely known to have the traits of porphyric hemophilia, a lineage from the cyrodillic strain of vampires: The Order.
Even though the glowing eyes or lips from the new DLC differ to say otherwise, she is indeed one of them- as she hides truly well in a court.
This is a specialised feature to the cyrodillic stain, as well, another is the factor like their forefather: the imperial empire, they wish to conquer.

Which makes Sybille Stentor's quite sudden statement that 'skyrim is ours' more indicative to the idea that blocking out the sun would give her faction an advantage.
Less about stereotypical morality, more about bravado outbursts on a political advantage. Hell, but still- even The Order has kind members: Vicente Valtieri as one.

I swear order vampires look human when they are fed? I think the vampires in morthal are order/cyrodil vampires if you look at alva. Lets not forget that people are suspicious of sybille but they don't make a move since she has done much for the court plus if she is an order vampire she is a very rubbish one and lets not forget that outburst when you blot the sun an order vampire would not do that.

Well now in dawnguard to me she looks like she has been retconned to be an volkihar before the DLC I would agree with you but now eh not so much. Personally if they kept her as an order vampire for the DLC I would have an excuse to kill her so I am quite disappointed by this change.

She must have been Volkihar, pretending to be Cyrodiilic, pretending to be mortal. Then this happened and she said "[censored] it, this going to get confusing now".

Yeah, Cyrodiilic vampires CANNOT use vampiric drain! Movarth Piquine never used it.

Speaking of which, does anyone know if Movarth his some idiotic, lore-murdering changes? Obnoxious yellow eyes?

I love the hidden sarcasm you use to make your points, it brings a tear to the eye you know.

Seriously though, why is it that when Bethesda retcons a whole load of lore, fans love to make explanations of it? instead of refuting it?
I'm not really sure where this whole 'defend the developers to the ends of the earth' mentality comes from, but it's sort of typical here.

Since I value the additions of the previous writers to the elder scrolls series, who are now all but devoid from Bethesda Studios Staff..
I'd like to make sure consistency is maintained through the authors work. And that doesn't happen when Bethesds now shapes specific
features around marketing possibilities, fanbase popularity or easy implementation. Not to hold onto the lore that gave it it's own unique life.

Meh, I'm going off-topic and most likely on one of my old rants. So excuse me.

I don't really follow the lore since Skyrim is my first TES game. What is this Order you folks keep referring to?

Lazy. Developer. Syndrome. Lack of originality. And pretty much everything negative. And thanks by the way.
