I played FO:3 with project beauty and a third person mod which made carrying and aiming weapons look better, more realistic, and your character didn't in general look like a tool when holding something.

There's an Enhanced Shaders mod but it's so poorly done, at least at this stage, I can't recommend it. Works for some but..I don't trust it either way.

Good call on the Depth of Field, I love that mod.
