In Nipton Trailer Park I found a dead wastlelander with a Lottery Ticket and a Lazer Rifle next to his corpse, any Ideas?

EDIT: Upon Further investigation I found he was a victim of Niptons Massacre, seeing as there was a cleverly placed Burnt pile of Legion ashes next to his corpse, and he appeared to be set dead in place as soon as the game starts, seeing as when I moved the Lazer or Ticket next to his corpse, his body rose

Theres also a pile of ash nearby that used to be a ceasars legion guy. He probably killed the legion guy, then got killed himself. Sorry to say, but not a big deal.

Found this yesterday.The Legion started a lottery in town to get too determine everyone fate.

You don't know why he was there or why he had a lottery ticket? Did you see what happened to Nipton?

During the main quest when you go to

Nipton and you find the Legion has burned the town you can talk to the leader guy and he says they gave the guy lottery tickets to see who would not get crucified.

Guess that was the lucky guy who had the winning ticket but he apparently tried to fight back and he died.

the body raising up is just a bug in the engine collision detection. Gambryo is notorious for this

Guess that was the lucky guy who had the winning ticket but he apparently tried to fight back and he died.

I thought that guy at the city enterance was the only lottery winner. You know the guy with the glasses whose a powderganger who says "I won the [censored] lottery!"

Well, either way I killed the guy who won, mainly because I couldnt stand his bad mouth
The winning guy wasnt the one I found, more so a guy named Oliver Swanick, who I just couldnt stand who kept saying: I won the Muther(Bleep)ing Lottery!

So it would seem there were indeed 2 lottery winners or 3 counting the guy that got knee capped. Seems strange.

Now did anyone find the second Mister Gutsy in town? ?

I found him too when nearing the town.. His luck didn't last long though as I shot him to get the lottery ticket.. Joke's on me,it was just the legion's lottery. I thought I was a millionaire. :sadvaultboy:
