Sorry for such a simple question - but it really is confusing me a great deal. How do I apply a weapon mod? I own 9mm Extended Clip, but I see no option to apply it, or any other mod that I own, despite owning the relevant weapon as well when I use workbenches or reloading benches. Please help!

look at the controls in your inv its on the right side
