... how do I turn them off?

I've never much cared for that sort of things, and always disable them. Unfortunately, Skyrim doesn't give me that option. It wasn't too much of an issue before- they were only in melee, and my characters tend to be mages or assassins. The new ones, however now have me repeatedly being jerked out of the game to watch something die in third person slow motion.

The last straw was watching my mage slo-mo Lightning Bolt a rabbit up the backside. I could have done without that, really.

And while we're on the subject of turning off new features... grass shadows. Great idea, but makes any game stuttery as heck. And of course, no way to shut those off either.

Since there's no toggle, is there an INI line I can use?
