I started a new profile so I could do all the DLC and still have the option to take any side in the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. I completed Dead Money and after I came back I deided to do the companion quests. I completed Veronica's, then I left her and went to the Followers of the Apocalypse in Fort Mormon.
Here's where my problem starts. I have no followers. Not even ED-E or Rex. I go up to Arcade and notice two things. One-he isn't wearing his glasses. I have never known him not to wear his glasses unless it's possible to make him take them off as a companion. But how could this be when I have never had him as a companion.
Second-He says that I have quite the menagerie going and will not join me. I have no other companions. I made tripply sure of this.
Is this a bug or glitch, and will it be fixed in the next patch?

^post with Jason Bergman, confirming its been fixed for the upcoming patch. Also if you go get Rex on your team that will usually get him to give you the option to join up with him again (That's what I had to do to myself a few days ago)
