it wont let me start the quest For Auld Lang Syne and ive checked the wikia and dont everything it said to do im acepted by the followers taken him to the crashed vvertibird to repcon hq to silver rush visited the fort and said what thwe wikia said to tell him how do i start the quest!!1

You have to have finished the omerta/gomorrah quest, and you have to have the quest to take care of the brotherhood

depending on who your siding with, many different ways. Look up "how little we know" on wiki, you should be able to go from there on your own.
