Archers won't shoot!

I had to share this... It's one of those great little touches that make Skyrim so much fun!

I walked out of of Castle Dour in Solitude and decided to be a goon. I ran over to the two archers (who are clearly grinding to 100) and wait until one of them notched an arrow and drew it back. Then! I stepped in front of him, fully expecting to get hit and laugh and move on.

The archer refused to fire. He just stood there with the arrow wiggling. The moment I got out of the line of fire... he let fly. After that though, he was staring at me when he wasn't actively shooting arrows into the targets. I was like "Have you never been taunted by a hot mage chick, sir?" But he just kept grinding to 100.

It was such a great little moment to see how aware the AI can be of the world around them. I know the AI isn't perfect, but you have to admit it sure is cooler than ever! :toughninja:
