I'm not sure why. Can someone help? I'd like to get this fixed because Archery is my major weapon skill and I'd rather not be permanently useless.

I heard of this problem, but it never happened to me.
I think you just need to level up archery once more and it should be fixed, not sure tho

yeah that happens sometimes when leveling a skill thats why i tend to save when i level a skill specially a major one and load said save to check if i had this problem.

better doing this than frustrating over a red skill until you level it agiain.
