Archive Invalidation Help

Hey, I recently got back into New Vegas, it's been awhile for me and apparently the latest patch screws with the Archive Invalidation system? I installed all my mods fine, merged UI's with that Unified HUD mod...: (BOSS sorted)

So I grab the Archive Invalidated file, run it, and assume everything will work fine. And the game does run fine for the first half hour or so that I play it. The problem arises when I exit and go back in game to see that only about half of my mods even work. Textures, some work, some don't, new sounds seem to work, UI changes don't work. I've looked around to try and find a solution, but nothing seems to stick and permanently fix it. I've got the Steam version of the game and everything else seems to be running fine other than these broken textures, meshes, etc. What should I do?

Use mod managers aii. I haven't seen any issues with it.

If you haven't already, check for new versions of your mods? I think the patch changed some of the ID's for some things...at least that's what I read somewhere, which if true could potentially mess some things up, depending on mods you use, maybe?

I haven't had any issues with archive invalidation either. Still seems to work fine for me. I did the manual installation of it, tho.

Hmm, think it's Steam related? I think everything is up to date, I just got it all today off the New Vegas Nexus. And it all worked fine initially. I reapplied the FOMM invalidation, I'll give it another go. It looks like it tweaked the INI files properly, I see a "Fallout - AI!.bsa" at the front of both fallout_default.ini and the ini in my documents.
