Are annoying Bugs fixed yet?

I'm thinking about quitting my job and coming back to Skyrim full time again. The pay svcks, there's no OT, with too much workload. I stay there working past 19:00 every day on average. Last I played was when Skyrim first came out and I didn't complete it due to all the bugs, but I had a hell of a time (can't say the same for my work).

The following are bugs I'm very concerned about that kept me from playing:
  • No support for 4 or 8 GB RAMS
  • Keyboard Mapping did not work with Inventory Screen
  • Follower Inventory Bug (less Inventory Space every time they are switched)
  • Follower not auto leveling
  • Horse not auto leveling
  • Dragons don't decrease in number after killing the boss
  • Weapon Racks bug
  • Mannequins moving around by themselves
Which of these are/aren't fixed?

1. The two are not the same. Support for 4GB was added. Support for more than 4GB is not a bug. That would require to change the Skyrim app from 32bit to 64bit which is not an easy task.
2. Never had that problem. And i have had a fully customized keyboard mapping since 11/11/11.
3. Fixed, but they still fall back to their invisible base gear.
4. Fixed. I haven't looked into it too closely, but it was supposed to be fixed in 1.6.
5. No idea.
6. Same old ...
7. Fixed.
8. Not sure.

One thing you should get is the unofficial patch from the Nexus. It fixes a boatload of bugs that Beth never got around to fixing. I haven't had a single bugged quest since i installed the USP.
