Interesting title, huh?

For me, I don't care much for weapon mods that simply put the weapons in a vendor's inventory. It's good for a select few, but for the most part, it's boring and gets to be overwhelming when a vendor has twenty DLed guns.

I might take it upon myself to edit levelled lists/vendors and place weapons in the actual wasteland, but before I engage in such an undertaking, are there any incoming mods that do somthing similar? If so, any vague ETA?
