This isn't a troll message. I preordered this game and played it quite a bit until the first update and DLC. I think I just lost interest and was a bit disappointed with how Broken this game was upon release and I lost interest.

Just curious if the game has gotten any better or has splash pretty much abandoned this project?

I can say both. It's gotten a hell of a lot better since release and now, and we haven't seen any support for the last 3 months or so. I play on and off, so yeah.

Funny, but I've just bought this game after humming and ha-ing for some months. Like many others had been put off lots by the negativity surrounding the game. But I splashed out ￡3.98 and got it and I think it's a fine game - not pefect but certainly more fun than a lot of fps's out there. Certainly deserved to do well but now unfortunately neglected by the publishers and developers. Does the stats page even work? Are there still active clans?

BRINK is a survivor great game (especially when your live runs out ) my game litterally has CHUNKS missing out of the center and still works fine

Been here since day 1, and I'll be playing Brink until they pull the plug on the servers. And yes, I also own BF3, and plan on purchasing the new Ghost Recon game come May. Brink just has a special place in my heart, and believe it or not...I see more people playing it now then I did when it was brand new. But when you factor in that they fixed most of the bugs that plagued it in it's infancy as well as the game being dirt cheap now ($15 at some retailers) there's far less risk in picking it up. And the people who have discovered the game isn't as bad as it was initially reviewed to be. Damn shame support for the game from the devs is pretty much done. But hopefully there'll be a sequel down the road sometime. Couldn't hurt...seeing as aside from Skyrim everything else with Bethesda's name on it TANKED in 2011. The fact that there's still people playing this, were as RAGE is collecting dust on most game retailers new AND used sections should put into perspective which of the two deserves an eventual follow up. But that's just one man's opinion.

I still play and when playing I still see people I've never seen before so go figure. Brink had/has a lot of potential and is still a ridiculously fun game despite the issues and at $20 or less it won't hurt your pocketbook to pick it up.

I was amazed from the 8v8 match I witnessed recently.....people still play this game.

Had went off for awhile but loving this game, they can't stop this game it's way too much fun

Hey guys, is the DLC for brink (the one with the new attachments and all) is still out?

I bought the Xbox DLC not that long ago (maybe a month), and I imagine it's still available on all platforms.

I would give it a chance again, if there would be Linux dedicated server files.

I never got a chance to download it for PS3. -__- dammit. Haha!

I don't know why, but it seems that more and more people are starting to play this game. Back then, I've almost never seen anyone playing this game, now there are more people that I've seen playing. People that I've never seen before! Even more posts and topics are being posted more recently! Love it!

I just bought this game for $6 last night, so yeah I'll be playing. Got Kane and Lynch 2 for $6 too. I know it's not a great game but $6 I can't pass it up.
