are there any clans that you can join that you dont have to marry into them and follow a list of strict rules.

I'm an mature advlt living in the UK. I'd like to play with other advlts that would like to talk tactics and generally follow good team-play. but i want to be able to play the game when i feel like it. like at night time at weekends and also a couple of mornings during the week when i come home from night-shift if i can be bothered. I'd also like to use colourful and humorous industrial language when commenting on your great head-shot you just got me with. I'd also like to play with mature guys that at the weekend like to refresh themselves during matches with fermented hops. i would also like to find people that do NOT take an interested in political correctness which is destroying the planet faster than global warming. so if you fit the bill or you know of any clans that i would just slot right into place let me know. thanks.
