I'm tired off looking at every NPC's crotch. Is there a mod that will adjust the view so that it seems i'm actually looking out of my eyes, instead of kneeling before every character? It's like I'm looking out of my belt.

no, I'm not in stealth mode. It's been the same since day 1. I asked a while back, when the modding tools hadn't been released yet, and was told to wait for them. Has no one else noticed this? Is it just me? or Just PC's, or what?

Yup. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3265 <-This mod will actually change your height from a 1st person perspective which is what I assume you want. I've been using it with my nord for a while now. As for mods changing your height from a third person perspective, they're not really needed IMO. The console command "player.setscale" works just fine.
