Are there Master Hoods? : V

I've been going by all mage armor vendors, but none of them seem to sell Expert or Master Hoods, the highest lvl hoods they sell is Adept. All vendors do, however, sell Expert/Master robes and have been for over 10 levels (level 42 atm).

Has anyone encountered Expert or Master hoods at vendors? And if so, at what level?

Dragon priest masks are great for magers.
You can add an enchantment on top of them, too.

Note, if you place them on the pedestal they lose their enchantment.

Yeah I was pretty upset that there weren't any master hoods too.

And the Dragon Priest masks don't work for my mage because they count as armor and therefore negate my Mage Armor perks.

I have the Archmage robes now which include a hood so it's not so bad. But yeah, there really should be master hoods.
