I was wondering if these were bugs not fixed by patch 1.4 and, if so, is there any way around them ?

1) Isabelle Rolaine

When in the inn of a northern town (no name given not to spoil things), you're given a verbal quest to look for that lady. So far, I have been able to get info about her in Riften and I have been told to go to a specific cave. Yet nothing appear in the journal. There are no entries about this quest and I can't find the cave...


2) The 24 stones quest

My journal mentions this quest (collect the 24 stones) but, under the same header, it also mentions: "Become a full member of the thiefs guild". Is this a bug? As far as I know, I am already a member of the thiefs guild. Why does this journal entry appear under the 24 stones quest?


3) Return to the Jarl of Riften

I have this entry in my journal. The marker is above the jarl but nothing happens when I talk to her...


4) A fugitive gives me an item (randomly?) and asks me to look after it. A few minutes later, a hunter appears and asks me about the fugitive. I choose to be honest and I simply get "gold" (without a mention of an amount). Am I actually given something?

1. This is an unmarked quest, as in there is no Journal Entry or really a reward for the quest. Just something to do.

2. Becoming a member of the Thieves is an option to this quest as this an alternative method to join. If you are already a member, don't worry about it

3. Try waiting somewhere else for 73 hours, then talk to the Jarl. It could be a glitch, I have a Jarl quest I can't complete either for a different one. Try getting work from the Tavern in the same hold for the Jarl and see what happens after that quest

4. Have not come across a fugitve.

Not entirely true. This task can count as helping the people of Winterhold, thus fulfilling a requirement for becoming the thane of that hold.
This entry goes away once the "No Stone Unturned" quest is completed, so this isn't an issue.
This is likely connected to another quest and once that quest is completed, this entry will be removed. Waiting 73 hours or 30 days or whatever won't do anything.
The hunter gives you one gold piece for returning the stolen item, so instead of "1 gold," you simply receive the message that you received a "gold." Gold rewards are generally preceded by a numerical quantity, e.g. "1200 gold."
