One of the books in the game mentioned interspecies relationships, and how they may work. Part of it even suggested that Trolls sometimes [censored] members of other species. So no. They're not asixual.

so your looking for characteristics your not even sure are present in trolls to determine troll gender (i assume you are reffering to mammaries) for all we know trolls dont nurse there young

All the Female trolls just happen to not be where you are, they purposefully move away from wherever you go, just so you can never ever see them in-game. It's never a coincidence.
