I've had a strange thing start happening in my game, while just aimlessly wandering I'm getting the notification tune that an area has been cleared, it's not constant, just occurs randomly, at first I thought nothing of it, but after one such notification I entered a cave about an hour later and found a dead Master necromancer, I know from past experience this one should be alive, also found some ice wolves dead in another cave, I've heard the cleared notification several times now, so heck knows who else I'm going to find dead, fortunately quest related npc's seem unaffected so far.
Anyone else had this happen and know what might be causing it?
