Im new to modding and was wanting to make an arena mod. I noticed there are a bunch of arena scripts in the ck already, and i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I plan on learning the script language more when i have more time to devote. Maybe someone could give me a breakdown of which one does what? Any help would be great thanks!

The arena stuff looks to be there either for a future DLC, or it may have been scrapped for lack of time.
If you are new to modding, I don't think this is where you want to start.

alright thanks for the response. it just seemed odd there was so many scripts already there i thought maybe it wouldnt be so hard to create a mod using them. maybe ur right and they will be adding it to dlc? lets hope so because an area would be awesome thats why i was hoping to make the mod in the first place

If you are new to modding, do you happen to have a copy of Oblivion? If not, you should be able to get a very cheap copy somewhere, and you could get that construction set and learn with that one. The new one is much more complex than Oblivion's, but the "feel" is about the same. It will greatly help you to learn and not get as frustrated with the creation kit

yea i just picked up a copy on steam pretty cheap. i know there is an area in there and my plan was to try and check out the scripts for that. like i said im new to modding but i have some basic experience. i plan to learn more and do the tutorials. just need more free time! like i said i was just hoping for some pointers on what scripts were already there in skyrim ck. i appreciate the advice
