Looks like you've got a lot of good defense there. Do you plan on using a lot of smithing and enchanting to fairly super-charge your weapon? It's fairly easy to get armor to the armor cap, especially if you've got those Heavy Armor perks, so all those perks leading up to Daedric Smithing will really only be for your weapon.
In addition, if you're willing to enchant your armor to fortify your chosen magic schools, you could likely cut back on a lot of the spell-mastery perks.

Also, consider investing 4 points in Restoration for Recovery (+50% automatic magicka regen) and Avoid Death (automatic instant heal when you drop too low on health).

Yeah, I thought I went kinda overboard on defense. I was planning on setting up a enchanted and smithed up weapon, yes. I can consider cutting out Heavy Armor, because I really only wanted Conditioned.

I wasn't planning on getting the 100% reduction in magic schools, makes the game a bit boring IMO, so I want to keep the mastery perks.

As for Resto, that sounds wonderful. Thanks for the input.

Figure out how much your armor of choice can be smithed up to without abusing mechanics, and then figure out how much of the Heavy Armor increase you'll need to hit the cap. I don't have any of those perks that can increase my weapon power, but I got my bow to exactly Legendary status and hit the armor cap, and I'm pretty comfortable right now. Though, considering that Destruction is a tad gimped at higher levels, a stronger sword might indeed be preferable.

Light Armor at least 90%(Thief Guild Master armor FTW, thing the 100 skill in light armor is a waste of point), Smithing 60 (for enchanted gear improvements), All Perks for 1-handed Swords that improve damage ant critical chance, Restoration at LEAST 90 for avoid death, ward absorb, and Recovery, Destruction i would go fire (enemies burning take more damage). Alteration, you may want points to resist magic. Other than that, it depends if you want crowd control illusion, or pets (dead thrall, I'm telling you)

Check this out:

The build is quite different from what you're going for, but the cool thing is the awesome synergy this guy figured out between Histskin, Fortify Health Regen, and Equilibrium.
