For some reason Vampire Argonians is the most hilariously ridiculous visual to me. Even more than the Kraken.

I wouldn't be so sure. It's already been said that they wanted the werewolf model to differ for each race but had to use a default model because they ran out of time. We can't know what they've done so far because we haven't seen the DLC, but there's nothing to say they haven't done it.

All werewolves look the same. All vamp lords will look the same

I think the giant fangs that Khajiits and Argonians get when they become vampires just make them look ridiculous. Those are pretty much the only 2 races that I can't RP as werewovles or vampires.

Not exactly true, we already know that they are all ready making differences because there IS for sure going to be a male and female form for vamp lords. The reason why of course is that the vampire lord form has a more humanoid shape to it, unlike the werewolf form. So if they are making a different form based on six, then perhaps they would make a unique form for the beast races (it wouldn't make sense for a cat or lizard to lose its tail when becoming a vampire lord and losing all what made its species unique, and just looking like a mutated elf or human).

I disagree, they look badass. I like that for the beast races, vampirism seems to affect their physical appearence more so then the non-beast races.

I'm pretty sure there will be differences for males and females like you said, but I highly doubt that their looks change according to race. It was said in an interview that they wanted to do that for werewolves but didn't for some reason. So I don't think they would for vampire lords at this point. It would be really cool if they did though!!

Yeah the Bethesda dude in the E3 gameplay said they have two different models for Vampire Lords a male and female one.
