ok guys sorry for the noobish question but i got sign up today on fallout-online and i was wondering if the armageddo rags are going to be e-mailed to me as well or i just have to find them online?

If you signed up you'll get new ones in your email when released. Older ones I think you'll have to look up. At least when I signed up I didn't get the first one that I had missed.
