Say if it have maxed out enchanting. You wear a full suit of heavy armor. What is a better echantment to use? Increase heavy armor or increase health? What proctects you more? I can neve seem to figure this out. It seems the health one would but I don't know.

Health. Since the armor cap easy to reach, and armor doesn't help you against spells.

It could depend actually if your skipping investing in armor perks and don't invest in 200% fortify smithing, a little extra armor skill could be of some help. When it comes to say gloves there aren't a whole lot of options for a warrior type.

The actual increase you get from a heavy armour boost in enchantment is really minimal. On my maxed out legendary steel plate, full set and shield, a ring with a 20 Heavy Armour enchant only equated to about 8 points of extra armour rating.

You are far better enchanting health or stamina regeneration, and enchanting your guantlets and/or shield with a block enchant. That does make a difference.

On my warrior I enchanted my shield with magic resistance so I'm not completely vulnerable to mages. Every thing else fortify health, fortify stamina, stamina regen, and health regen.

It has been working out really well. Fortify block and fortify one handed are also great choices.

I got my enchanting worked out I just didn't get the whole heavy/light armor increase and the health. I think fortify block
Is useless when your as high of a level as me. I have the first perk with only two points in it and the next one up an the right and I never get any damage when being hit. I never get any damage when being hit without the shield either. It has to be a very very high level enemy for my health to go down at all. My armor rating is 1200 and my health is 750, that's even with playing on master. On expert a dragon can snap at me and my health bar doesn't even pop up, when he shouts at me it pops up but doesn't even go down. I really wish there was one more difficulty setting. Since there is not I'm not using fortify health anymore or upgrading my armor that is why I was asking this. Thanks for all the answers now I know what I'm going to do. I remember over 300 hrs ago when a frostbite spider would kick my butt, now I can walk on them and kill them, kidding, I wish that was true.

Fortify Health is better. As was already mentioned, Fortify Armor skills only work against physical attacks and are useless once the damage reduction cap is reached. Even then, the base magnitude is much lower for Fortify Armor, the amount of armor you get / skill point is even less, and the amount of damage reduction provided / point of armor is lower still.

If you have full skill & perks in Enchanting & Heavy Armor, you'll get ~5% extra HP from a maxed Fortify Armor. Unless you have > 1,240 HP, Fortify Health gives more, and the gap only gets wider with fewer HP/Items/Skills/Perks.
