With Armor Your Vault Suits!, any Vault Jumpsuit you find can upgraded with armor pieces at the Vault 21 hotel. All you need is the jumpsuit you wish to upgrade and 250 caps.

Armored Vault 3 Jumpsuit
Effect: +5 Small Guns, +5 Energy Weapons

Armored Vault 11 Jumpsuit
Effect: +5 AP

Armored Vault 19 Jumpsuit
Effect: +5 Barter, +5 Speech

Armored Vault 21 Jumpsuit
Effect: As a promotional stunt, any Vault 21 Jumpsuit may be outfitted with a bonus of two skills of your choice of:
Unarmed +5, Survival +5
Speech +5, Barter +5
Science +3, Repair +3, Medicine +3
Lockpick +5, Sneak +5
Melee +5, Explosives +5
Energy Weapons +5, Guns +5

Armored Vault 22 Jumpsuit
Effect: +5 Survival, +5 Science

Armored Vault 34 Jumpsuit (May use Boomer Suits as well)
Effect: +25 Rad. Resistance

Armored Vault 13 Jumpsuit
Effect: Hidden somewhere in the world is a Vault 13 Jumpsuit, which can be augmented with a +1 to any SPECIAL of your choosing
