I must admit however, after 120 levels in total I had with my 3 characters so far I have never ever hear a single guard saying that.

I was about to write an essay about the topic, but it became too long. I now plan to write:

I plan to write one volume a year. Release date of the Complete Guide: 2-22-2022.

Oh, tough one. My best bet would be he got a hotdog to the bootyhole, then he got very weak so he quite being a guard. Oh yes, and I beat him to death with a mace.

It depends on whether it is meant in an ontological or epistemological sense. Perhaps it is the actualization of the arrow's potentiality to travel to the need of said guard. Or perhaps it is a function of it's aggregate quantalogical eigenfunction.

It's IN the knee. That's my theory.

I thought it was a joke about how in Oblivion you turned into pin cushions full of arrow's to no real effect or really that much damage.

Maybe guards are trying to scare us cuz they are jealous, they just guard around and yet we are free adventurer

you remember that guy who runs off at the very start instead of being executed,

well he took an arrow in the kneee without armour and he died. adventurers wear armour but it jsut stoped the death didn' prevent the injury or pain.
in theory guards who took one in the knee shouldn' be ble to run far as they lost their kneecap.
