Ash Pile Removal Petition

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 2:39 pm

Dear Devs at Bethesda, I am writing this topic and starting a petition right here, right now and I hope you guys will take notice and finally DO something about it... ASH PILES - I read in the 1.4 patch update that glitches associated with these would be fixed, and I thought that also meant the one where they are a PERMANENT blot on our beautiful Skyrim landscape. But alas, they still remain! :( I'm not here to scold you guys, tell you how disappointed in you and Skyrim I am, because none of that is true, I love you guys and all the games you create! I just wish you could do something about this one little glitch - I'm no programmer, but is it really such a daunting task to undertake? To make it so Ash Piles go away like everything else in Skyrim instead of making them forever there - forever an eyesore?

What if we like using lightning magic and took the Disintegration perk? What about using Necromancy to raise the dead who fall apart into PERMANENT Ash Piles when their dark service is complete? And don't even get me started on Vampire's and Necromancer's, who's first order of business is to revive the nearest dead-thing, which upon defeat always results in yet another - PERMANENT Ash Pile in Skyrim. :( Can you see yet why this might be a bit annoying?

So please Bethesda, when you work on the 1.5 update - is it really that big of a thing to ask of you to fix?

To all other readers of this topic, please show your support! Perhaps with enough posts "signatures" if you will, Bethesda will fix this!!

Are you sure they dont go away like bodies? It might take 3-5 days in game.

I understand that it bothers people, but honestly, most people just kind of go "eh". On the grand scale of things I would like fixed or changed, that remains pretty low.

All that aside... we don't allow petitions on this forum. Sorry.
