In the process of making a character with the Atronach perks from the stone, perk tree combined with vampirism (necromage) to make Magika against him null effect.
However I'll be making a sword with the enchantments absorb health and stamina, will these enchantments not work? I've heard of the bugs with the atronach perks.

The enchantment should work fine.

Absorb Magicka affects some spells - notably the "Conjure Atronach" spells.
If you're Absorb is at 50%, then your spell will fail 50% of the time (and you'll absorb the magic).
