Attaching scrip to door

Is there any way to attach a script that will purge the game's memory to a door and will be activated on cell load (similar to PSB)?
If there is how can i do so

I dont know much about modding but i do know it will bring up the properties menu if you double click the door. You probably allready know that sorry if i did'nt help.

I dont have any knowledge in scripting.

Edit: maybe i should rephrase my question, what type of script should i attach to a door in order to purge a cell after it loads.

But it will not 'purge' until you are a few cells away from it.

My intention is not to reset the cell but to delete all the unused data. just like the pcb console command.
