Im at a point in the main quest were I need to meet Delphine at the Solitude stables. The problem is when I go there she attacks me and wont give up. Iv handed over all my stuff to some guy whose gowning to smuggle it in to the embassy. Have I done something wrong or is my game flipping out ?.

True sorry about that maybe a mod will move it. I have a bounty in whiterun I bet thats the problem

Indeed. Delphine lived in Riverwood, which is part of Whiterun territory, so the bounty in Whiterun counts in Riverwood too. Hence her attacking you.

I suggest you rat her out in the Thalmor embassy. ^^ Best solution, really.

UESP had the following notation "When you meet Delphine at the stables, she may randomly attack you. The solution is to go back to Riverwood and talk to the guard, who thinks you are a criminal; you just have to pay the fine and then return to the stables. This may only occur if you already have a bounty on your head"

That happened to me as well. Too bad for Delphine I had my wife Mjoll with me who proceeded to give her quite a beat down for messing with me. That was the 2nd time my Mjoll beat down old Delphine. First time was in the bar in Whiterun when I had to go deal with Amond Moutierre and a scuffle broke out. She killed Uthgard before taking care of Delphine. Go back and pay your fine and you should be good.

That is one fine wife you got there buddy. Find her and take her with you ALWAYS. Nothing like a strong Nord woman who always has your back.
