This was released yesterday, and causes more problems then it fixes. This does not solve the problem.

So what happens when I install that and ati pops up afterwards telling me that there's either no drivers installed or they don't work properly?

I did a restart after that and when rebooted it didn't even make it to the log in screen for windows. It just went black. So I restarted in safe mode and did a system restore so I could have a functioning pc.

I tried this driver out last night.

I've been using those drivers since about a hour before Brink came out, and they certainly aren't helping much.

Same thing happened to me. Had to do a restore from back up just to get the thing back in working order.

Thanks for the heads up; a bunch of folks talk about SOD after installing this 'hotfix'. Can't believe AMD would mess up like this.
