I have an early 90's Suburu Legacy wagon. On Friday afternoon I was very mildly rear-ended on the way home from work, everything seemed fine with both cars so we just agreed to forget about it and go on with our lives. Later that evening I noticed something that the running lights didn't go off when I got out of the car and I couldn't get them to turn off. I didn't want the battery to die so I pulled a lighting fuse that shut them off, along with some after market fog lights. Everything else important (headlights, taillights, blinkers, etc.) worked with that fuse out so I sort of forgot about it. The next evening my daughter went to go out and it turns out the fuse I pulled controlled the dashboard lights as well, so she couldn't see the speedometer and other 'minor' things.

I have no idea if the light thing is related to the bump I got from behind or if it is just a coincidence. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or where I could find some help/info on the webz?
