Yea it should be but for some reason the forums really want me to have the two Cole Phelps avatars I have saved on my PC.

I had the same problem with Scootaloo changing to Batman.

When you're in the 'Change Avatar' page, switch the avatar to the one you want, hit 'Save', and then Refresh/Reload the page.

Are you using Facebook Connect? If so, make sure you don't have the box ticked that automatically updates your avatar with your Facebook picture.
