Try this:

1. Save your game
2. Buy or steal a horse
3. Mount the horse
4. Open the console, type 'showracemenu' and press enter. You can edit your character or not, it doesn't matter, just make sure you complete the character creation menu
5. Try to move in any direction and laugh at the results.

You should show a photo or something.

Sounds interesting, I would like to see but I have an Xbox 360.

A video would do more justice, but I don't have the software for it. Basically, you start moving erratically and often end up soaring hundreds of feet in the air. Sometimes the horse will fall from that height and die or it will just die for no reason and send you cartwheeling hundreds of feet away.

I know this has nothing to do with your glitch but it reminded me of a horse glitch I saw the other day. I was up at one of the north coast lighthouses and there was a horse buried up to its neck in snow. When I came out of the lighthouse, the head was slowly rotating. It was hypnotic and creepy at the same time.
