Probably Close Wounds for healing spells. Works well if you are training armor skills and block with Giants. If you want a spell you can use outside of combat for Restoration grinding, the only one I know of is Circle of Protection. It's Expert though, so I don't think it's available for sale until you hit 65 Restoration. I've gotten the spell book once as random loot before I had a high restoration.

I use the spell that turns health into manna and heal with my other hand

The Repel Undead one is pretty easily trainable, just find somewhere with a few skeletons and make them dance around the room with it.

its not, equilibrium and healing/fast healing are about the only way to level restoration at any decent pace. Just keeping buying the strongest healing spells available to you and it will go up.

close wounds and grand healing
but the best way to get to expert is just go into tombs with draugr and fire off turn undead spells.
i only say "best" because your not just standing around in your house hurting and healing yourself with equilibrium.
at least your in the action so its not so much grinding.
but once you can get circle of protection, you can grind it up fairly quickly without going into tombs.
