Backstabbing animations

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 11:39 am

Hello all,

I know many of you aren't fans of the death animations but I for one am.

Has anyone come across backstabbing animations for sleeping or sitting opponents? Would love to see my bosmer drive a dagger into the heart of a sleeping person rather than just slashing wildly.

No I haven't done it on a sleeping or sitting victim yet

So far it's been the
Backstab neck slice (3rd & 1st person view)

I also got the one where you're facing eachother
and you jab the dagger into their neck, so bad ass
I did it on a falmer while sneaking, even got the 30x damage

Ooo the face to face one sounds nasty. Don't usually face my victims when I let them taste my blade of woe.

I get the 30x while sleeping....just wanna see them die!!

There is no animation for sitting or sleeping enemies. Also siting enemies tend to fall through the chair and into the ground, can make them difficult to loot.

The animations for an enemy facing you or walking towards you are the best. Popping around a corner and jamming a blade in their gut is very satisfying

Sitting enemies end up underground and Sleeping targets end up under the bed somehow... Not sure why they don't fix that one... Makes it a pain to find them buried underground below the bed when I'm trying to loot them :)

That never happened to me I guess I'm lucky. Then again I don't murder people as much since most of everyone I wanna kill are immortal.
