So, OK I've found the B-29 and have the rebreather so I thought it would be easy. Just attach the 2 ballast things (which I can't seem to find in my inventory) and then set off the detonator that the old guy gave me from the air force base. Can't for the life of me find a spot on the B-29 where I'd hit "E" to place the ballast. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks in advance for all of your help!!!

On the underside of the wings, near the wing bases. You'll see ghost silhouettes. of the ballasts.

Look underneath the wings. There should be a shadow image of where you should attach the lift bags. Activate the shadow image, and you should automatically attach the bag.

I just did that yesterday! It was pretty straightforward...
What was unbelievable was swimming all over the bottom of Lake Mead! I was swimming around for ages, it's fantastic down there.
Cleaned out the cave right next to the B-29, amazing.
Hey I wish I had this rebreather when I was in those water-logged vaults, heheh...
