I missed out on collecting these fully in first playthrough so I started up a new save specifically just for these. Thinking it would be okay to go and collect them up in one go, I find out youve got to speak to the thieves guild first THEN finish collecting them up. Is there any way to get round this or have I wasted 11 hrs for nothing?

Btw, I dont have any autosaves either.

I just started a new game as a thief and found out about these via getting the first one early on. My old game I was lvl 34 and had one that I didn't know what was. Can you just go get them all like that? Seems like a lot of traveling around!

How is what I posted a spoiler?? I only posted the bear minimum - surely it lets people know they have to speak to the thieves guild before finishing collecting them otherwise the quest is unfinishable.

if you collect all 24 before getting them valued, the quest bugs. you have to collect 23 at most before you get them valued. Sorry.

Either way, I think it only happens when you collect all of them then go to Vex? They don't collapse in your inventory anyway if you know what they are. I'm collecting them now (haven't asked Vex about them), will probably collect them until I have one less of all of them - then I'll go ask her.

Hey, at least you was able to get all 24. I had to cheat to get my 24th due to a bug.

A spoiler is anything that lets players know about content they wouldnt otherwise know. Just saying- people seem to not understand what spoilers are. I think that this should have been moved here, no question
