Generally, from extensively using mods for Oblivion, I would just Bashed Patch everything, usually this worked but I'm not so sure with these two.
My simple question is, should I use Bashed Patch for the following modlist:

Main reason I ask is even though BOSS tells me that Morrowloot.esp should have Relev/Delev tags, it doesn't in Wyre. Also SkyRe_Plugin_Morrowloot.esp doesn't seem to get merged it seems.
Since neither of those come up in Leveled List section when Building the patch but Morrowloot.esp is mentioned in the final report as merging item lists, it's a bit confusing.
Anyone have experience with this kind of setup?
