Take only 1 in Stealth.
The reason I advised not to take any critical strike perks is that they're calculated from the base damage of your weapon and they give less extra damage than other perks will give. Especially in One-handed, you need all the power you can get in a single strike - that's why Savage Strike is so much more valuable.
